In the month of August, I plan to:
1) Basically stay on my plan (with of course a small indulgence here & there) during my 2-wk. visit home to my parents'.
2) Continue drinking lots of water! I've been good about this & will continue doing it.
3) Exercise a minimum of every other day (while away) and get cardio 5x's/wk and weight training 3x's/wk while at home.
4) Make a smooth transition back to work (I'm a teacher), staying with my new, healthier eating patterns--because I feel so much BETTER when I'm on it!
5) By the end of the month, have lost at least 7 more pounds, putting me at an even 220 (or below, hopefully!)
6) Keep up my good attitude & relative patience about this journey I'm on--including continuing to ENJOY exercise, for how good it makes me feel.
I think that should cover it! It's basically more of what I've been doing, but we all know that consistency over time is the key.
