I am smack dab in the middle of my goal, but I hate calling it a 'diet', because I never want to go back to how out of control I was! I am 5'1, 43 now-wow-and I got up to 212 after a bad break-up. I am now 154, and my goal weight is back to my normal weight which is 112. Remember I'm short and pretty petite.
The past two weeks I don't know what has been going on, but I haven't been eating right and it has scared me. I've decided to take back my dignity, take the reigns and also become a part of this community! Time to get right back on track!

Don't beat yourself up about losing track of your diet for a while. We all have that happen. The only thing that matters is that you're getting back on track now!
