This probably sounds a little nuts, but on Sunday I add all the calories I didn't eat during the week and use them up. I know on Sunday I can have a dessert as long as it doesn't surpass the amount of extra calories I have stockpiled. This probably wouldn't work for many people but it does for me.
That sounds like a good plan. I am trying to stay between 1200-1400 and adding more when I exercise. I don't want to make anything off limits because that is when I fail, when I get too hungry or feel deprived. So I am eating what I want as long as it fits in my goal. I am going to start exercising today. I found some things i can do at home like push ups and jumping jacks and I can go for a walk. I never counted calories before, it seemed so complicated, but I am using the myfitnesspal app and it seems pretty easy.
