I've lost 25kg (55pounds I think it converts to) and sleeping is just so uncomfy! I like I my side and my hips ache so badly I wake up, I try to lie on my back as it is the most comfortable but I can't seem to feel 'cozy' on my back. I have a pillow between my knees and ankles (as they hurt too) and have a pillow top mattress.
Any ideas on how to get comfortable with this bony issue? Or does anyone else suffer with this? I'm so grumpy from bad sleep
