Is anyone else hungry at night? I try not to eat too much but I just can't sleep if I'm hungry. We tend to have dinner early, around 5, I'm not sure I could make my family change that, so by bed time, 9-10, I'm hungry again. I guess the only solution would be to have a healthy snack. Last night I ate an entire pouch of steamed edamame (tastey, just not filling) and 1/3 cup (before cooking) oatmeal with honey.
What do you do?
