Can't Stop Eating these Rice Chip Crackerz

  • Went to Cosco and bought more Healthy foods. Replenished my supply of spinach leafy type, and healthy bagels, low sugar and salt and all natural whole wheat type, and cranberry juice 2 for 1, and avocados, and tangerines, and 2 over sized sweat shirts for Fall walking in the evening.

I'm planning my Fall exercise wardrobe now. But cant stop munching on these delish new sesame rice crackers. They taste like sesame cracker candy only rice and very low sugar...

Scale did go up 2 lbs today, and never got my best friend this month. 1st month in MY entire life to totally SKIP my Period.....

Not sure if its my exercising or the heat of the summer or the New Smoothy Maker machine and drinking these every night after gym or walking workouts.

    I'm 48 I cant be menopausal yet?

    It just happened so abruptly???

I wish I knew why my period stopped since last month and hasn't returned yet ???

I haven't even lost any weight yet.

I began this new hormone , and only has 1 steroid in it not estrogen type.

The 1st month i was on it I dropped 10 lbs immediately.

Then this month, month 2 on it I gained 7 lbs back and then weight fluctuates +3,-2,+4,-3.......

    I'm going Royally Bonkerzzzz!!!!!

    Any ideas???

  • Hi- my two cents is that your questions about your menstrual cycle would be better addressed to your doctor.

On the rice cracker issue, it sounds like you are not controlling your portions effectively. I think someone else replied to one of your other posts about how to lose weight, your calories in (food you eat) needs to be less than the calories you burn. You may want to track this. There are really good tools for this, like My Fitness Pal (my favourite).

If you find you continue to struggle with controlling your eating (I read your post on how you like the feeling of your belly being uncomfortably full of noodles), you may wish to discuss this with your doctor as well, because you might benefit from therapy or even Overeaters Anonymous. I am not in that particular group, but have a fried who has found a lot of understanding and support there. I have found therapy to be very helpful in uncovering and addressing my own issues with my body and my relationship with food.

    Good luck!
