Yep .. its that time of the year again .. and you may be wondering why, when I am in Two-town, am I setting up this challenge in the 300+ club ... simple .. this is where I started .. and this is where I continue .. I may not be in Threeville anymore .. but I still remember what it was like and how hard it was just getting up some days .... so hopefully you won't mind me continuing on here

This challenge is also open for EVERYONE ... doesn't matter what your starting weight is ... I hope you will jump on board and join in ... I did this last year when I was in the 300s still and managed to achieve 50 pounds in the time frame for the challenge .. I dont have that aim for this one, but its still a challenge and I offer my full support to anyone that wants to join in with me for this challenge.
RULES - well .. just check in at least once a week would be nice with your weigh in .. but really .. would love you to pop in more often and just share your day or thoughts or worries or fears .. keep in mind we are all on the same journey, regardless of how much or little the goal, what we think is a great weight in our minds, may not be in the other persons.
Just copy and post the following .. set a goal you think is realistic for you .. make it a little challenging .. but dont make it unrealistic because one thing I have learnt on this journey if you make it tooooo hard then when you keep missing a goal you feel like you just can't do it altogether.
