    How bad were the pts for yesterday, Katie?
    Tonight is weigh in, so its light eating for the first part of the day...does anyone else do silly things like that? I also am always worried that wearing different clothes will affect the precision of the weigh in...sometimes I think I am a lunatic!

  • saskie - yesterday was in the high 30s for point range - I thought I was doing ok, but it somehow added up. I am in Chicago this entire week for work, so I usually have a lot more trouble staying within my point range. I have been drinking a lot of water & did do 40 minutes of exercise on Monday. Check out my journal on Monday if you care to see the damage I did!!

    As for when I weigh in, I do the same things you do. I usually rein in the eating during the day (I weigh at 5pm), and I try to wear the same type of clothes every week for consistency. Sometimes I think I am a little crazy, too, but I can't seem to stop the behaviors.....
