I have an idea and need advice. When I was on WW, we had a wonderful 0 point soup that I really liked. It was made with a broth and all the 0 point veggies we wanted. It was great for me at 4:00 in the afternoon when I started getting hungry and was also starting dinner. It saved me from munching on everything.
Could I make that with the veggies listed in Phase 1 using a vegetarian broth? I loved that soup as a snack and it would hold me especially with, say string cheese or canadian bacon if DH is late getting home.
