Hey, has anyone tried the think and shrink weight loss hypnosis program? If so, please respond and tell me how it is. thx.

My aunt is a professional hypnotist.
Weight lost is one of the main things her patients come to her for.
I haven't personally tried it (since she doesn't work with family or friends), but all of her patients have had nothing but luck on it.
I will tell you the main thing though, if you aren't willing to go under, then you won't get hypnotized.
