I have been fluttering for about a year. I need to get my mojo back like when I first started this journey. So I am setting a week long challenge of staying Perfectly On Plan.
Anyone want to join in and support each other?
My POP plan is to weigh and measure ALL my food.
Enter it ALL on MFP.
Stay on plan with my food.
Get in at least 20 minutes of exercise everyday.
Not weigh myself until 8-11.


i really have no idea what my POP is. Kinda jumped in here with both feet and doing it day by day. a couple of pointers on how to structure a POP?
