Seeking information about new menus

  • I was just wondering if someone could describe the new menus that are available. Just maybe point out the main differences.

    On mine they added some healthy fats (I could have 1 a day); Almond milk (50 cals or less)...I need to ask them, but I think you can have 1 a day..it was listed under OTHER, but with the fruit...so it might be a fruit/starch replacement; some items added to some of the categories (like popcorn...air popped & butternut squash added to the starch category); and the proteins weren't broken out by groups anymore...just the leaner ones had an * by them and it said choosing them more often would boost the weight gain...and there were some vegetarian proteins listed; and there was a 2 meal a day alternative listed where you basically just increased the protein portion to 1.5 servings
  • New to the forum and seeking info on Metabolic Research Center Menu's. Can someone direct me to where I can find the first one and thereafter?
  • You can go to the center and join to get the new menus. Those that have joined and spent money to get the program and menus are not allowed to give those out for free. Copyright infringement.
