  • Reflections on last week ~ traveling is tough for me. I could have done much better. However, I am proud of myself for journaling all week, definitely a step in the right direction.

    reflections ~ I've been craving doritos lately. So I bought little bags. I ate one for lunch. The big bags are too hard to stop with. Hopefully this will be a good way for me to do this - I get what I want and don't feel deprived, but also don't overdo.

    reflections~ I've been thinking a lot lately about weight loss and trying to figure out what I need to do to get myself back to where I was - when this was so important and I made so much progress. I feel so much better about myself when I am in control of this part of my life. I must put the brakes on, do a u-turn and head back in the right direction.
