I've tried quinoa once mixed with a salad. Then mixed with veggies. I want to like it for its nutritional properties but find it soooooo bland. But I think it is because I'm not preparing it correctly with yummy condiments? Can anyone tell me how to prepare it and what to mix it with? I've googled and pinterested and I need experienced recipes. Also simple recipes are appreciated. Nothing turns me off more than a recipe with a 2 page ingredient list. Thanks!
