Hi, I want to post progress photos. I've see on a signature a highlighted link to such photos of themselves. I would love to see my progress on the way and it would help me stay motivated. Can you tell me how to do this please?

Good idea! Start by heading over to the Mini Goal Photo Album sub-forum and create a thread. You can attach photos to your post there. When you click to create your new thread, scroll down under the message area and look for Additional Options. You'll see a button to attach photos from there. Then link to that thread in your signature. If you have any problems uploading your photos, please let us know. Good luck!
