Ten Days In The Life Boat #99

  • Welcome to the newest segment of 10 Days In The Life Boat.

This is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

Grab an oar and join us doing our best to not fall out of the boat and and get wet. We need to meet our goals to stay dry.
  • The Life Boat was very lonely for the last leg. I'd hate to see it float away.

    My goals for this leg:

1: Try to say "No" more often.
    2: Work on portion control.
  • i need to do it also! was a big cheater past days;-) so my goals for the 10 days:
    1. NO absolutely NO sweets
    2. NO alcohol
    3. be more active (bike, walkings)
  • My goal is to plan all meals ahead of time. I keep getting stuck with NO ideas or running out of food because I wasn't planning at all.
  • I hope there are no sharks in these waters. ing behind the boat.
  • Heaved myself into the boat overnight. I've restocked the warm, fluffy towels, rewound the rescue line and made sure the life ring is attached. I'm in my seat, held in tightly by velcro straps and rowing hard.

Can I pluck anyone out of the water???
  • Met my goals yesterday! 1st 100% dry day in a while. The velcro seat belt worked.
  • Stayed dry yesterday. I'm happy!
  • Whew - I have been cannon-balling off the boat for too long!! Time to get on board, dry off and let the prune skin dry out. So far so good today
  • Karen, Grab a warm, fluffy towel, and some velcro leg wraps to keep you in your seat.

I met my goals yesterday and am still dry. It sure feels great!
  • I fell out of the boat on Wednesday but got right back on track yesterday and am having a good day today, too! I am ready to take on the weekend!
  • Got a bit splashed yesterday portion control got me. Thanks to my extra WW points didn't have to swim.

    Today will be better!
  • Hit the water yesterday. Back rowing this morning, wrapped in a warm fluffy towel.
  • STOP
