Anyone here take pre workouts?
Are there any long term side effects that I should be concerned about?
I've tried superpump, c4, and vega.

Nope. Well, I have breakfast most days (sardines, smoked oysters, oats) before my weight training or a short run. Or a banana before a long run and then the same breakfast after. Or a full lunch after weight training (fish and salad).
I try to eat proper food and focus on trying to eat after my workouts and having just enough before. I do use supplements (e.g. Isoflex) but only in a pinch and if real food is not available/practical.
In summary...a little hunger going into a workout isn't bad. Eat after. And real food is best.
Yes, eating real food is the better option. But on days when I feel unmotivated, I find that taking a scoop of preworkouts keeps me focused.
I should probably find a better solution for staying on track.
