I've lost 13lbs!

  • So it has been around 3 weeks since I started regularly workout out and eating a lot better and calorie counting and I have lost 13lbs! I am really proud of myself and haven't really had any bad cravings anymore even with the temptation in my household. I really hope I can continue on with this
  • Personally, once you get past the first few weeks, it gets sooooo much easier from there. So BOOM, hard part done. Now it's just sticking to it! Congratulations on an awesome success!
