Hi friends,
So, as the title says, I'm looking at having surgery at the end of August. (Not weight loss surgery.) I'll be unable to exercise beyond walking for 4-6 weeks after that, and unlikely to want to do that while healing (though I plan to try, within reason.)
Does anybody have any suggestions for how I can continue to lose weight (or at the very least not gain it back) through this surgery and recovery? Thanks!


but if anything, it's all the more reason to make healthy choices. For healing, try to up your protein a bit post-surgery, too.
