1st mini-goal met

  • I started at 230 and my first mini-goal was to get below 213, the weight I had before I moved and started gaining again. I am now at 212!!!

    My next mini-goals:
    199 (Onederland).
    191 (weight I was at when I met my now-fiancé)
    181 (my low weight in the past several, several years)
    160 (my "if I could at least get down to...." weight)
    145 (the max. weight that my bmi scale tells me I need to be).

    However, I did fit into 2 pairs of pants that I could not wear even 2 weeks ago. I'm not saying they weren't still tight. And I'm not saying they looked wonderful. But, I did get them pulled up, buttoned and zipped...nothing ripped, I could still breathe, and I could even squat down. **** yeah!!! lol
