I am curious if weighing in after running is a bad idea. I was told my by running trainer tonight that it would be the best time.
Silly question perhaps but definitely has me wondering!
Thanks!
I seem to recall reading in an exercise book along with some of my nutritional class textbooks that your muscles will start to retain water during the start of exercise and and continue to hold on to that for up to an hour afterward. I think that my cause a false gain at first but if you are consistently weighing after exercise it would eventually even out.
Thanks! That was my thought as well but wanted to double check! The last time I ran before weigh in I was up by almost a pound.
