today i saw 190 :)

  • this is my first mini goal. Although i was over 200 lbs between 205 and 2010. That was my heaviest and i didn't even bother to jump on a scale to see those 205-2010 lbs increasing. I had no time to exercise or time in a day to have a set plan how i am going to diet. So it was a dead end for me. I work nights full time, i come home to have little rest before my kids have evening activities that i have to take them. Plus cooking meals for them. Eating at night at work and eating during the day with kids at home; no ME time to exorcize really made me this heavy. Still no time to exorcize BUT I realized if i eat only during 12 hour time slot it will be better than eating at night at work and with kids at home.
    I gave it a try (hard to do during the day). I now eat at night at work only.
    Lost 10lbs that first week! i was like that might help me to loose weight! I also make smart choices about what i eat.
    I am so glad I found the way to loose weight.

    I also do 24 hour fast (only water) once a week. From morning of my last day of work when i get home till the next morning).

    i lost 20lbs in 1 month!
