Last night I was watching a little TV and was craving a crunchy treat, like popcorn, chips, peanut M&Ms, etc. TV time is the time where I can mindlessly put away a bag of something "bad" without even thinking about it or realizing what I'm doing until it's all gone.
So last night, I decided to see what healthy alternatives I had, and I pulled out a bag of fresh from the garden raw green beans. They tasted so good, and satisfied my crunch-craving.

And of course they were much better for me than greasy fatty potato chips!
