Tonight is weigh in for a lot of you here. I hope it goes well for you all. The boards have been really quiet. Must be everyone is out enjoying themselves. If you need help because you are off track come here and we will help you. Don't ever be afraid to post because you are off track. It happens to us all and that is when we need the encouragement most. That is what we are here for in the good times and the bad.

I am back on track and doing well as of yesterday I am down 2 lbs already. So that is a good start and I didn't starve myself either. I just watched my portions.

I am going back to work for the first time this week. I have a lot to do there. We put up a new desk for me on friday an L shaped desk and we didn't get everything organized before I left. Now I have a bunch of junk on my desk and I have to organize everything today and get caught up on my work from the week. So it will be a busy day for me. I am glad. Have things on my mind again and the business will help.

Summer where have you been girl. I will have to call you again and see what is happening with you. Hope everything is going well with you.

Wendy miss you too girl. I will try and be here tonight. We need to chat girl. Our daily chat sessions really help both of us and we need to get back to that some how.

Christie it was great to finally talk to you again yesterday to. Glad things are going well. Keep packing for that trip you only have 2 days left now.LOL I hope you have a great time. I know you will.

Mickey glad to hear you are back on track. I am sure it is so hard to stay at goal now that you are there. It must be a lot of pressure on you though. I know it is just has hard if not harder to stay at goal then it is to get there. Remember we are here for you. Glad to see you have gotten back in control. The lake sounds great. That is good that it isn't that far away so you can go often. Did you get anything done around the house yesterday? Wish it were warmer here it is like our summer is gone really. Only seems to get up in the 70's which is not normal for us during the summer. And a lot of rain here this week to.
