Hi new here and trying for a mini goal:
Today's weight= 253.3
2 week goal= 15.3
GW= 240
I'm going to post my weight and what I am eating / exercise on this thread every other day. Here's to hopeful success!
That's a lot of weight for 2 weeks, good luck! We are newbies together. I'll be keeping up with you, too.
I realize it's a lot but in the past as soon as I start to diet and exercise I drop the most lbs at first. Probably shouldn't set the goal so high but I'm going to leave it for now. Here's to your success as well.
