My mini goal is from here to my birthday in 1 month.
I want to change 3 lbs of fat to 3 lbs of muscle. Lean muscle
I started 3 weeks ago and i am on diet, 4 hours of yoga on daily basis. And Weightlifting 3-4 times a week.
Do you think i would be able to reach my goal?
Those 32 new pants i have been saving for a special ocation should fit me right?
