Im hoping im posting this in the right place, but this is my second week on my weight journey although im still 426 lbs(no weight loss this week) i walked 6 days this week 3 of those days i did the treadmill for 30 minutes......this is a big deal for me because i would never imagine doing more than 15 minutes, stopping every couple of minutes. When i begin i use my phone to cover up the timer, put my headphones in my ear and started walking, before i knew it i removed my phone to discover i had already walked 21 minutes, i couldn't believe i had already complete over Half of my 30 min walk.....i just hope i can keep it up
