I am going to saddle up shortly and go to pick up the bread order for the Mill before Margo the Super Baker heads off to market. I've decided I'd rather do an early morning trip than have one at 8 Friday evening which just might interfere with my relaxation night.
We have a busload of folks coming to tour the Mill this morning and then are serving them a "picnic" lunch in the Town Hall. It's looking good with the white and green checkered tablecloths and field daisies in mason jars. The lunch is being catered by Wendy's Market Garden so the food is easy-peasy. I refuse to use paper or plastic plates and commercial dishwasher is still not fixed so I will be lugging plates home to do here.
Time for another coffee and then I'm off to drive through this very green world.
"It's gonna be a bright, bright, bright sunshiney day!"

My brother and I took Dad out to lunch yesterday and we nearly stuck there since it started flooding so bad. And after a very slow and hairy drive home, the rain let up.

, weeded the garden, and the family went to the ballgame, which was great fun. My kids were completely obnoxious, but they enjoyed it!
We'll do some chicken and a marinated pork loin for tonight, and probably some sausages for tomorrow. Yum! And it is certainly easier to stay OP when cooking at home.
