What are your "little tricks"

  • Lately I have been portioning out Teddy Grahams and sitting them in a bowl in the kitchen. I record the calories, then I am free to nibble on them as I see fit throughout the day. Sometimes that little bite of 2 Teddy's in the mid-afternoon really quiets my "I'm so hungrys".

    Do you have any tricks that get you through the day?
  • having my before pictures as my desktop wallpapers helps me.
  • I like that idea! A little scary, but probably really effective!
  • Keep one thing you like on-plan. For me...beer.

    Worked wonders. Apparently does not so for everyone. But for me...heck yes.
