    This is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

    Grab an oar and join us doing our best to not fall out of the boat and and get wet. We need to meet our goals to stay dry.
  • Trying hard to get back on track.

    My goals for the next ten days are:

    STICK to my WW points
    JOURNAL my points as I use them
    REMIND myself daily that I am worth the effort.
  • I haven't posted lately.
    My plan continue clean eating and mini meals.
    Get exercise daily!! Walking or yard work
    Drink all my water.
  • If this were a submarine instead of a life boat I'd still be dry.

    I journaled my points. I reminded myself how proud I was yesterday. Then this afternoon I blew my points up. I am sooo angry at myself.
  • Start fresh today Judy!!!

    Day1 was a success!!
    Day 2 is planned.
  • Get water in and no food after 6pm.

    Day two: Met all three goals!

    Felt great to have spent all day in my seat rowing.

  • Pop day!! 3 in a row!!
  • WET but back in the boat.
  • Here's a warm fluffy towel Ubee!
