Diet Soda on Phase 2?

    Hi!

    I'm just curious, is it ok to have any diet soda on Phase 2? I'm ok most of the time, its just when I go out to eat or at a BBQ, etc, I miss having my diet coke w/ lemon. Just wondering if this is allowed.
