  • My target is 212# (a loss of 1.4#).
    Since I lost 1.5 in May, this seems like a reasonable goal for June.

  • Thinking about a suitable goal for June it would be to get back to the 230's.
    It is going to be a challenge as there is going to be a family reunion at the house of the mouse late this month.
    Fitness Goals for this month are to keep up the 4+ cardio sessions and alternating upper and lower body workouts. Friday's Weigh in was 246.7 so I would like to set the mini goal at getting into the 230's and the maxi goal to make it to 235.

  • Well I aimed WAY too high for May but also fell off a few times -- so instead of 10 pounds for June I am going to shoot for 8 pounds!!

    I start a new program tomorrow and eating will be in CHECK!! So feel this is DOABLE!!
