I've decided...

  • So I keep jumping from one diet to another. I'm getting fed up and discouraged. SO! I've decided on trying this. I'm going to make this a project of some sort hehe. I'm going to keep track of what I eat for 2 weeks. I'm going to find out what my daily average is from those two weeks. Once I get a number, I'm going to subtract an amount of calories from that. I'm going to weigh in once a week and going to keep a diary of my food & exercise and see where I can improve. I don't want to cut food from my life, I love it too much. I'm tired of being hard on myself to follow strict diets and I'm just going to go easy and steady. I'm using MyfitnessPal on my cell. I started tracking my food this morning although I forgot to weigh in this morning, I will do so tomorrow.

So yeah! I'm going to make this MY diet and MY fitness plan. Eventually, I'd like to help other people lose weight too so I'm going to learn what I can from all this.

I have 2 major goals to look forward to. I'm getting married in 2016 and I might be going on a resort in February 2015. Great motivation to get in shape.
  • Congratulations on the 10lbs lost so far...keep strong and keep going!
  • Unfortunately, that ticker is outdated
The last time I weighed, I was 194. But thank you!
  • That is a smart plan. We all need to figure out what works for us. I've had several attempts and have tried various things and I finally found what works for me. It's. OT what works for my husband, my mother in law or maybe you, but it's how I can maintain a long term weight loss and probably lifelong eating.
  • Thanks Melissa
I'm not sure I know what OT is?
  • I think that's the best plan, one tailored specifically to YOU! Good luck!
