
So I'm really interested in intermittent fasting - I feel like it could easily suit my lifestyle and it'd just be... appropriate.
Have any of you tried it? If so, how long did it take you to start losing weight or seeing results. I've heard it can take months to start dropping lbs. When you did start losing, what was your weight loss like? Drastic or gradual?
Just curious and excited to get going.
