I'm addicted to weighing myself.
Seriously. It's gotten scary.
First thing in the morning, weigh myself in my pajamas.
Walk the dog, weigh myself post-walk.
Weigh myself before and after shower.
Weigh myself once I'm dressed. Realize that jeans are heavier than capris, change into capris, weigh myself again.
And on and on. Seriously. It's NOT HEALTHY!
So a couple of us newbies have committed to putting our scales away until Monday! (I know, I should try for a whole week. Baby steps, people, baby steps...)
So I put my scale away yesterday and I have been tempted a thousand times to pull it out and see how things are going today. But there's something about having made a promise that I wouldn't, and I haven't!
Anybody else doing this? Anybody else want to join us? We'll re-group on Monday. We can make it... I'm going to replace this addiction with an addiction to lettuce.
