I joined 3FC long ago, but here I am finally coming to join the fun!
My name is Nicky and I am a mom to 4 kids (17.5yrs boy, 16yrs girl, 13.5yrs boy, 10.5yrs boy) Married to my husband for 19 yrs.
I've basically been struggling with weight for the past 17.5 yrs ~ but after my last child and a hysterectomy 2 yrs later ~ I've not lost the weight, always going up between 230 and 240. This winter I hit the highest ever at 248.5.
In the small community I live in, there is a lot of women that have been doing the IP program and a few that are doing alternatives!
I am trying to follow the IP as close as I can without using their product!
Morning: Shake
lunch: Shake and a salad
Supper 8oz meat and veggies (sometimes I eat 2cups of the veggies at lunch)
Snack : protein bar.
I'm 3 weeks in and have lost -16.7 ~ going onto week 4!
I'm wanting to loose a small child LOL
roughly 75lbs. Hoping to get to know you and support one another in this journey!





but am going to start back at it tomorrow on alternatives.. its nice to have others who are starting / restarting too.
