Members have indicated that they would like to have chatting remain in the Daily Thread, so any posts that are off topic or chatty will be moved by the mods to the Daily.

While you may certainly find, from time to time, the need to ask for help after going off plan, remember that this thread is about staying on plan. When you share details of off plan foods you've eaten, it can upset, tempt, and otherwise frustrate other members, so please keep these details to a minimum.

Still hanging in! Hope everyone's doing well! I've decided to stay one more week one Phase 1. I just feel there's a couple of things that I could've done better in this phase in order to have done better, so I'm going to continue for one more week, then move on to Phase 2.
B: Morningstar farms patty, decaf coffee w/ skim milk and equal
L: 2 Morningstar farms links, "crack slaw"
Mmmmm....had my confetti salad (again) for lunch, and beet salad with grilled sirloin for supper. YUM. ME!
