    P.S. TOM so I am feeling hungry/ravenous...have to stop nibbling things around the house....stay strong...more water. Hopefully after TOM the scale will again be my friend!

    Total: 18.4 (okay I did nibble a couple of grapes today )

    P.S. TOM still hanging around, not sure why (move along nothing here to see)....still hanging in and wondering iif a whoosh is in my future?

    1/4 cup pease (3)
    decaf w/cream (1.5)
    =8.5

    Total: 17 carbs...and I'm very full. Too many calories and percentages are off (about 1800, 50% fat!)

    Supper: bbq'd chicken and a veggie (dont know what kind yet)

    Snacks: egg salad, and cucumbers w/philly

    Hairdressers: cappucinno! (okay only a small 4 oz serving), made with milk, but I added my own splenda (3)

    Total = 10.5!!

    Sunday, (it only gets worse)

    3 pm birthday party for my 5 yr old!!

    -diet splenda drink
    -lick of icing, bit of cake
    -another lick of icing
    =20???estimate

    Dinner:
    chicken wings (.4)

    TOTAL = 28 - way over total....back on track with lots of water - still in "trace" ketosis!

    P.S. At least I stayed away from all the party sandwiches - they looked so good...but I knew only one would lead my down the evil hi carb path of destruction!

    L 2 roast beef rollups, and an Atkin's Apple Crisp Breakfast Bar

    S 2 cups popcorn (for some reason it doesn't affect me)

    D grilled chicken with mushrooms, bacon and cheddar
    salad and steamed veggies

    Not too balanced...but it's been a screwed up weekend.
