  • Welcome to the newest segment of 10 Days In The Life Boat.

    This is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

    Grab an oar and join us doing our best to stay dry in the boat and not fall out.
  • I've dried myself off from yesterday's swim.

    Goals this leg will continue to be:

    1. Just say NO to junk food.
    2. Weigh and measure as needed.
    3. Track my food daily!
  • Thanks for the new thread Judy.
    I did well last leg so I'm sticking to what works.
    Get my water in.
    No eating after 6 pm.
  • Got a little splashed because I did not get all my water in.
  • Got really lost in the water on the last leg.

    Okay. Goals.

    1. Stick to WW plan. Weekly points are okay for now, but try not to use them all.
    2. Track everything.
    3. Exercise daily, even if only 10 minutes.
    4. Post here and elsewhere on 3FC daily.
  • Back to clinging to the boat again!
  • Haul yourself back in Judy! You can do this.
    Angela we are so happy to have you back.
    Let's get this weight off once and for all.
  • Ok, I'm a day late and a dollar short - but I want in! I have new exercise goals and 10 days seems like a good start on making a habit

    1. A mile a day of walking, everyday
    2. yoga and chair fitness, one half hour

    that's a total of one hour of exercise a day, I think I can do it for 9 more days

    I was dry for my goals, but not with the rest.

    I'm damp again. Grrrr.

  • Wet wet wet the last two days.

    Today is my WI day for WW, so a good time to start again. Sitting in boat. Seatbelt on. Let's go.
  • Wet. Need to get my water in!
  • Did good for day two Captain!, although this extra work out is kicking my butt. Can't wait till this is easy peasy and I wonder why I thought it was exhausting. Day 3 good as of lunch - 7 servings of fruits and veggies so far today!
