    Monday July 21st

    So far:

    - 2 coffees w/skim milk

    - coleslaw w/mayo
    - 2 waters

    - sliced turkey
    - lettuce

    - lettuce
    - sliced turkey
    - cherry tomatoes

    - 3 no sugar popsicles
    - popcorn. w/marg.
  • Good Morning...I had a rough weekend (milano cookies & ice cream) not a good sign as I am just starting to follow this plan. I have set a "do or die" start date of July 29th, in the meantime I am trying to start by gradually eliminating the bad stuff.

    Phase 1

    B: water,string cheese, v8 juice, coffee.

    L: Salad with grilled chicken, water

    S: string cheese

    D: Broiled scallops, squash, cuke & tomato salad, diet pepsi

    S: vanilla ricotta

    2 white meat weenies

  • Thank goodness, I finally got it back together today. The weekend just about did me in. Here's what I ate today:

    B:
    2 fried eggs in Pam-this is starting to get old I must say

    S:
    Cheese crisps

    L:
    2 chicken weinees and salad with mayo

    D:
    Cheese crisps and 1 chicken weinee, ricotta dessert-about 1/2 cup

    Did real good today. I feel like I'm eating too much olive oil with my meals, but I'm going as it says in SBD.

    B:
    quiche, V8, water, metamusal

    S:
    string cheese

    L:
    ginger chicken, asparagas, tomato/mush/r&g peppers/onion salad

    S:
    30 pistatios

    D:
    second half of my ginger chicken in lettuce/tomato/avocado, gaspocho soup( too good!), sf orange jello

    S:
    almond riccota I prefer choco riccota
  • Tuesday

    B: 2 fried eggs in pam, v8 juice, coffee, water

    S: cheese stick

    L: salad

    I haven't figured out the rest yet

    S: ?

    D: pork, cukes & tomato salad
    and some other stuff that is to ugly to mention

    only 2 slip ups yesterday, licorice & regular sugar popsicle.
  • Tuesday - running away from yesterdays carb binge monster!
    B. two boiled eggs
    a slice of 12 grain bread with flax*
    a teaspoon of Not Butter
    L. 2 wedges Vache Qui Rite cheese
    sliced tomato and cucumber salad
    Italian dressing
    FF/SF yoghurt*
    D. crockpot ham (3 oz.)
    stir fried zucchini - from the garden!
    ricotta dessert
    1/2 cup blueberries*
    Snack - for on the go, if needed
    V8

    *I am still at 198. I think I may have added too many carbs - like one per meal! Duh!

    B. 2 Veg. Quiche

    L. Chopped Boar's head Ham with
    tomatoes, cuke, parm. ch. salad
    sf cherry jello

    S. Pistachios

    D. Chicken Ceaser salad with Avocados
    tomatoes.

    Dessert. chocolate ricotta

    1/2in thick pork loin
    green beens
    cucumber and onion salad
    2 fresh tomato slices
    3 bites of peach cobbler

    dinner
    chicken stir fry w/brocollie, water chestnuts,
    snow peas, bean sprouts, onion, bellpepper

    The plan so far:

    B: 2 egg fried with pam, water, v8 juice, coffee

    S: string cheese, water

    L: grilled chicken salad

    S: 2 cheese crisps

    D: chicken sausage & veggies

    after dinner is when I start to lose it (snack wise)

    - hard-boiled egg
    - water
    - cup of berries
  • Day 3...the plan
    Today's plan:

    Br: 2 Fried Eggs w/lf cheese
    v-8
    Coffee black

    Snack; String Cheese

    Lunch: Garden salad with Tuna, italian dressing

    Snack: Cottage cheese with chives

    Dinner: Possibly Grilled portabello mushrooms
    O My God size salad

    this day was crazy but it happens...

    didn't have one...had to go to the store

    So far:

    - 3 coffees w/skim milk
    - half cup of oats cooked w/1 cup of skim milk w/1 chopped dried apricot and some raisins. Yummy.

    - 2 cabbage rolls
    - 3 waters
