Good Morning...I had a rough weekend (milano cookies & ice cream) not a good sign as I am just starting to follow this plan. I have set a "do or die" start date of July 29th, in the meantime I am trying to start by gradually eliminating the bad stuff.
Tuesday - running away from yesterdays carb binge monster!
B. two boiled eggs
a slice of 12 grain bread with flax*
a teaspoon of Not Butter
L. 2 wedges Vache Qui Rite cheese
sliced tomato and cucumber salad
Italian dressing
FF/SF yoghurt*
D. crockpot ham (3 oz.)
stir fried zucchini - from the garden!
ricotta dessert
1/2 cup blueberries*
Snack - for on the go, if needed
V8
*I am still at 198. I think I may have added too many carbs - like one per meal! Duh!
