Tightness in the calf

  • Ok. This sucks but my calf is super tight and kinda hurts.
    I don't want to do any crazy moves to pull it even harder.

    What are some tips to release the tightness and also stretches
    I guess. Or whichever.

    Oh yeah. I've been working on my shoulder and neck area.
    Still feels way tense. But in ways some warm ups help.

    This working out stuff is really tough. Lord help me.
  • Why is your calf tight? Is it because of the exercise you're doing? If that's the case stand on a stair, toes on the stair and stretch the calf a little. If it's a cramp like a Charlie horse, eat a banana. A banana a day keeps the cramps away.l
