And how are you doing?
Are you having any unique challenges that you didn't face earlier in IP? If yes, how are you dealing with them?
Almost there!!!
I have 11 pounds. I'm getting very lax with measuring. I'm trying to do better but I havent managed it yet.
6 pounds! Have to fight temptation more.
3 ibs to goal and have been stuck there for the past month or so.. Very frustrating since I don't even cheat ! Just moved on to phase 2 but now my struggle is to eat the daily required 16 oz of protein !
Good luck to you !
I have 14 pounds to goal. I am also pretty lax about measuring my veggies, and probably half the time I eat spring mix as my "lettuce" and don't count it.
Also, on my birthday I had a bite of a cannoli from my favorite italian bakery in Boston....and I didn't even regret it!!
I think more than anything I'm just fighting temptations more and more and mentally I've started to check out.....it's hard!!!
I have maybe 10? We're not sure. My Coach wants me to do a trial of the Cellulite Diet which is just Ideal Protein's protein and no animal protein for 2 weeks. I think by doing this more fat will be released and I'll get to goal quicker. It'll be a year 6/15 that I've been doing great and she thinks I'm out of ketosis- so she wants me to try to get back into ketosis as well.
I am about 2 lbs from my original goal (although I would like to lose a bit more - who knew I could actually get to goal??)
I have had the same problems that others have posted - I do not measure my veg or meat and I do feel a little more lax (i.e. will have a bite of something here or there or an extra packet because I feel like eating).
I think in part it is due to the fact that I am so close to goal - I think I look better, I feel better, my clothes fit and I have had to buy new ones. Part of me wonders if this isn't 'good enough'. I too am finding it hard to stay focused as I get closer to that finish line. You would think that it would make you more focused...
I have decided that I will stay on P1 until I meet my (new) goal OR I reach the end of May, which ever comes first. Hopefully this will give me focus to reach the finish line!
