Has anyone had success not exercising at first? When I think about doing it on top of the changes in eating I feel myself getting overwhelmed. I know I need to eventually add it in, but will I still see success?
I did not exercise at all on P1. I too thought concentrating on one change at a time was best for me. I needed baby steps I started exercising after about two months. The key was finding something I actually enjoyed. I guess it is obvious from looking at my profile pic lol
I was too tired initially! It took a bit of adjustment with the lack of sugar, etc. And when I exercise hard (4-6+ mile runs), phase I doesn't work for me at all ~ I'll add fruit back in.
