    Finding conflicting information. Is air popped popcorn OK on phase one?

    No, because it's corn and corn is not allowed. Sorry!

    Interesting. And that sucks. I think last time I did this I did eat it....and still lost. But I should probably try to keep it out for a couple of weeks.

    popcorn is allowed in Phase 2, 3 cups air popped.

    Here's the info from the Allowed Food List:
    Popcorn, 3 cups popped
    - Air popped
    - Microwave, plain, no trans fats
    - Cooked stove-top with canola oil
