I don't have the option to completely slack off. Eating the wrongs things too often and in the wrong amounts leaves me exhausted and feeling crappy. I'm also also hyper-aware of calories and fitness from constructing better habits over the past few years; I know too much to go back to my old, mindless way of living.
My motivations are 2 fold.... I want to have a baby! and.... I have a bazillion weddings coming up in the next 2 years (including my own) I'm hoping these two (or bazillion +1) things keep me motivated!
