We have a freezer on our back porch, and there have been leftover Christmas cookies lurking...I don't trust myself in a weak moment, so I gathered them, dumped them in a dirty box, added a clump of dog hair from the vacuum cleaner (told you I don't trust myself!) took these pics then went outside and hurled them into the woods

Yes! I have not told him of today's dumping..he would think it was wasteful, 'find someone to give them to' ...um, and I would eat them on the way there! I hope some wandering raccoon or skunk discovered them tonight and is making their family happy "Look what Daddy brought home"

The dog hair doesn't seem enough of a deterrent. I would have dumped coffee grounds on them too or I would have removed the dog hair and had some anyway Those look yummy.
