55 gone!


  • I have lost 55 pounds so far. I have 50 to go.
    I fell off the wagon a couple of weeks ago. I was tired of my yo-yoing. Even though I was consistent with my food choices.
    I need to lose this last 50. I now have a realistic goal. I don't need to be skinny but a healthy weight and to feel good in my clothes.
