I bought raspberry ketone with green tea supplements a couple months ago because a friend of mine swore by them that she had lost weight very quickly using them. I took them the way the label instructed (3x per day). I found myself very jittery so I stopped taking them altogether. I was going to cut down to 1/day but thought I would ask if anyone has had any success with it and if it is something worthwhile to boost weight loss?
Green tea supplements have been linked to liver failure because supplements aren't regulated (I saw an article about it in Prevention magazine).Just drink green tea instead,I love the blueberry-acai kind by Lipton
