I think the female problems are like the chicken and the egg. Do the weirdo hormones cause the weight gain or does the weight gain cause the weirdo hormones? I am blaming the hormones!
So glad you decided to join us. I always say if I could do it myself I wouldn't be in the 300+ Club!
