I am 5 9' and 44 years old. One day I decided that I looked horrible and wanted to start taking better care of myself via diet and exercise.
I started out doing insanity- but quickly realized it wasn't for me. I started p90x on 1/1/13, and just finished week 11 (2 weeks left). I went from 180 lbs to 165.
Most importantly to me, I am losing my gut- so excited! In fact, my local goodwill is a recipient of all my L size shirts which no longer fit.
I look forward to continuing my journey of exercise and fitness, and can't wait to further incorporate healthy eating into my routine.



-- how fast/slow did the weight come off? Did it take awhile for the pounds to start moving or did you see results immediately? I am curious about the process for you!
